Was a nice enough, sunny day in January. We had been walking around downtown all day, ready to rest our feet and rehydrate. We walked by the beer garden and saw almost every table was taken so we figured it was the place to be. We found a picnic table and scanned the qr for the menu. There are like a million beer choices, and then some German/bar food. You can order from your phone and they bring it right to you! We all really enjoyed our beers there!

Jalapeño cheddar brat fulfilled all of my dreams. The brat was delicious with the right amount of spice and was also a pretty decent size. The pasta salad was good but I preferred it without the bread crumbs it was a little overwhelming. One thing you cannot skip out on are the fried pickles - amazing crunch and pairs well with their ranch!

Really nice patio. We got the cheese curds, the sampler trio sausages, and the bangers and mash. Everything was very good. Highly recommend the jalapeño cheddar sausage.

I can't really talk to how Banger's would be if you visited as a restaurant. We were there for an event. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Very quick to bring out apps for us to try. I can say the food was really good the cream corn was great, I had the medium cheese and jalapeño sausage with onions very well seasoned. The fried pickles are crispy and very good. Outdoor seating is nice. They have a huge beer menu. I would definitely go back just to experience Banger's as an actual restaurant and not a catered event.

This place was rockin', this was during the Austin Music Festival weekend so there's was a ton of people, but the food was still excellent. We didn't have to wait as long as expected and we got a chance to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. The beers were pretty good as well, highly recommend it.

I really enjoyed my sausage trio. They pick the 3 sausages you get so I ended up with Italian, Curry and Bratwurst. They were all really good, the Curry was spicy but I like that. My wife has the Philly Cheesesteak and she loved it. She wasn't a fan of the fries, she said they tasted frozen which is not sad because is all the other house made items. Our server was cool and pretty knowledgeable about the menu and was very supportive of our order. Great patio atmosphere, cool place to hang out.

Beer heaven meets BBQ pit meets gentrified music venue meets cult compound. Pretty killer bbq; when I die, bury me with the half rack of ribs with smoked bread and pickled veggies. They have (let's just call it) a hundred beers on tap and more in bottles. Tons. You could die of alcohol poisoning ten times before trying every beer on the menu. The place is huge with tons of mostly outdoor seating but they also have a little indoor too. Friendly service, large portions and it rains beer. I'm a fan.

My husband and I came this morning for brunch. We were seated quickly outside in the patio. It was beautiful but the music was a bit loud for 10 am. The long tables were comfortable before it got busier, but then we almost felt like we were in other people's space and conversation as it filled up. Our servers were attentive overall, but did take a bit longer than expected once or twice to get to us. Ultimately, they got us everything we needed. We started with the biscuits, which were honestly probably some of the best I have ever had. They were served with a whipped honey butter, and had a crispy, chewy top and sides with a delicate, flaky, fluffy middle. My husband got the bacon steak and eggs, and I had the pancake platter. The shoestring potatoes were well seasoned, and the eggs were cooked exactly as I had asked. The pancakes were spiced with cinnamon, as well as other spices, and they had a delicious taste and texture. The sausage was some of the best breakfast sausage I had had, and the coffee was good too! I preferred my husband's home fries to my shoestring fries. Overall, we enjoyed our meal and we'll be back!

While in Austin for a conference, we had a chance to enjoy a brunch (complete with the Manmosas, bacon flights, and biscuit basket) as well as a smokehouse dinner buffet at a private event here. Both had just some of the best food of the trip! The live music each day was wonderful, especially during the Sunday brunch. For brunch, I enjoyed the bacon flight and biscuit basket with my colleagues, and had my own delicious chicken apple sausage. Everything had great flavors, perfectly cooked, and paired so well with the variety of ciders I tried including the Texas Honey cider and the Pomme Blush cider. For the smokehouse buffet, the menu was preset with salad, coleslaw, Mac & cheese (so creamy!!), pulled pork, tri-tips, smoked turkey, baked beans, and rolls. The baked beans were spicy & peppery, not at all what I expected or was used to with the usual brown sugar, molasses, sweetness of baked beans. Everything else though was so delicious! The private event also had open bars in 4 areas, and space to bring in live music, tarot readers, and more.

The beer selection!!! The food, the service and the casual ambiance were all equally as good, highly recommend! I prefer dark beers over the Austin-standard Pils and IPAs and this was the only bar we found that had craft beer options for me.. more than two flights' worth of options and the bar staff were excellent and helping me navigate the choices. Oooh the sausages! We got the 'Duck, Bacon, Fig' and the 'Jalepeno Cheddar Brat' and both are a party in your mouth! Our clear winner on a very fun street.
